AI evaluation: test suites and release gates for model and agent output, with a separate zero-tolerance check per failure class, not one aggregate score
Proving the tests: mutation testing that breaks the code on purpose and confirms each check goes red
Agent tooling: Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, tool schemas, structured refusals and recovery hints agents can act on
LLM integration: document and data extraction and structured JSON output that survives real model replies
Cloudflare engineering: Workers, D1, Pages, KV and Email Routing, with smoke suites and post-deploy live verification
Web modernization: legacy sites rebuilt fast, mobile-first and cheap to host

Scopeweb, scopeweb.io. Domain intelligence and registration platform with an MCP server so AI agents can search, score and quote domains. Two Cloudflare Workers on one D1 database, guarded by a smoke suite of hundreds of checks across three user identities, plus passkey accounts and card checkout.
Boarhog LLC, boarhogllc.com. Design, build, hosting and monthly maintenance since March 2026 on retainer, including an interactive React recognition series.
Website modernizations. Legacy WordPress and Squarespace sites rebuilt as fast, mobile-first Cloudflare sites for small businesses.
EV charging site analysis. Parcel, zoning, utility and grant data assembled into site decisions for Portland surface lots (2026).
